Anywhere Links - Onetime

An Anywhere Link is open by default and can be accessed repeatedly. In some cases you may want to send a link to someone and ensure that they can not pass it along. A Onetime Link lets you do that.

Onetime Links can be created through the Anywhere Web interface. After you've logged into your account open the 'folder update' window. This is accessed by clicking on the yellow folder icon. With the window open select the file whose link you are interested in modifying then select the 'create one time link' checkbox. Clicking on the copy link or email link buttons will create a link that is accessible only one time.

Note: Make sure pop-ups are enabled for our website to let the 'folder update' window open.
